Adoption of the Bill (Reg. No.0125) will enhance the safety of international carriage of dangerous goods by inland waterways, promote protection of the environment and development of international trade.
Accession to the Agreement will secure fulfillment of Ukraine´s commitments stipulated by the international agreements effective in the field of carriage of dangerous goods, and promote implementation of EU standards in road safety.
Adoption of the Bill will secure full-fledged participation of Ukraine in the operation of European river carriage system (Danube, Rhine, Dnieper).
